Taco meat with toppings

1 pound 85% lean grass-fed hamburger

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

2 teaspoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons unsweetened ketchup

Toppings, such as:  shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped scallions, grated cheddar cheese

1.  Saute the hamburger in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.  Break up the meat with a wooden spoon.

2.  When the hamburger is mostly cooked through, add the garlic, paprika, and salt.  Continue to cook for 3 minutes.

3.  Remove from heat.  Add ketchup and stir.

4.  Spoon out into bowls and allow people to add their own toppings.
